Description: Crop Flor de Ayahuasca vest collection features hand-embroidered multi-colored flower of ayahuasca and kené geometric patterns unique to the artisan. The flower of ayahuasca refers to the flower pattern seen in the middle of the bark when the ayahuasca vine is cut. Kené in the Shipibo language refers to the design system of the Shipibo-Konibo people. Kené art is the design of lines systems and geometric patterns made by indigenous women of the Shipibo-Conibo. They are the healing visions of the Shipibo-Konibo when they consume ayahuasca. The Kené are sung when the women go across the lines with the finger over the embroidery expressing the emotions that they reflect. For the Shipibo, the embroidery are illustrations of the underlying vibrational make-up. The cropped embroidered top can be worn as an accent piece for swimwear, bandeau tops, or dresses
